If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us by email at sweetdreamsrvrentals@gmail.com no later than 14 days before your arrival date.

 

Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 3% of the total reservation amount or a minimum of $10.00, whichever is greater. This fee helps cover non-refundable merchant processing charges and administrative costs associated with your booking.

 

If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival, or if the reservation was made within 14 days of the arrival date, 50% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable.

 

Reservations canceled 7 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel but would prefer not to lose the funds applied toward your vacation, Sweet Dreams RV Rentals offers a rescheduling option.

 

Guests canceling within 14 days of arrival may reschedule their reservation for a $50 rescheduling fee. Funds previously paid toward the reservation will be applied to a future stay with Sweet Dreams RV Rentals, subject to availability.
